The heart and soul of this culinary gem is Tanya Bauer, a remarkable chef and artisan baker who brings a slice of her homeland to North Wales with every dish she serves.

Tanja’s story begins in a small village in Bavaria, where she spent her childhood surrounded by the rich traditions of German cuisine. Her parents owned a quaint bakery, where the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries was a constant companion. Tanja inherited her family’s love for baking and cooking, skills she honed as she grew up, learning the secrets of recipes passed down through generations.

After completing her culinary training in Munich, Tanya sought new horizons. She traveled across Europe, refining her skills and gathering inspiration from various kitchens. It was during this journey that she fell in love with the picturesque landscapes of Wales and decided to bring her passion for German cuisine to this new land.
